Courts Our Lawyers Serve

all-lawyers has established a panel of experienced criminal and traffic lawyers who are willing to appear for you in the magistrates’ courts on a plea of guilty for our incredibly low fixed fee.

You need a lawyer who regularly appears in the magistrates’ courts to appear on your behalf. The solicitor who did the conveyancing for your house, or acted for you on your divorce, is unlikely to know enough about the criminal and traffic laws to competently represent you before a magistrate.

You should remember that legal aid is generally not granted if you are employed, or for driving offences or most criminal matters before a magistrate where a gaol sentence is unlikely. But please check with your state’s legal aid office or on their website to see whether or not you are liable for a grant of legal aid.

Working with our panel lawyers we have been able to arrange the extremely low fixed fee for legal representation in the magistrates court, only on a plea of guilty. If your case does not fit into the fixed fee scheme then our panel solicitors will advise you what their charges will be for a plea of not guilty, or for other legal work. But remember, the special fee of $700.00 incl all disbursements & GST (phone fare $720.00 incl all disbursements & GST) for booking online is definitely not available if you book directly with the panel lawyers for a plea of guilty in a magistrates court.

Our panel of magistrates’ court advocates is listed by the state and court where they appear. Click on their names for more details and links to their websites.
